These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Play Circuit. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products & Orders

• All products listed are subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing but reserve the right to correct any typographical or photographic errors.
• Orders may be canceled or limited in quantity at our discretion. You will be notified promptly if we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock limitations or logistical constraints.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in NPR (Nepalese Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
• Payments must be completed at checkout via the available payment gateways (eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery). We do not store your confidential payment credentials.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer delivery across Nepal through partner logistics and courier networks. Delivery time and shipping costs may vary based on your location and the package volume.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier operations, or unforeseen factors beyond our control.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Refunds are not available. Exchange only.
• No exchange for damaged items after delivery or products missing original packaging and accessories.
• Change of mind is accepted within 24 hours only. Re-delivery charges apply.
• Wrong item? Inform us within 24 hours. Opened boxes require the customer to pay delivery charges.
• Defective items must be reported within 7 days.
• Exchange is available for incompatible or unsupported devices. No re-delivery charges will be applied.
• 32-day exchange warranty applies to selected accessories for internal defects only. For more details, please contact us.
• Original box and all items must be returned to the rider while receiving the new package.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of Play Circuit and may not be used, copied, or redistributed without express prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
